I hear a lot of talk about mastering recipes, my questions are;
Does anyone know how many of said item we need to bake to reach each level and what do we get for reaching each level?
I know there are 4 levels but how many, for example, fortune cookies do I have to bake to reach level 2 and what do I get for reaching level 2. I want to know this for each level.

I don't care if my neighbor's tipping rate is zero so long as responding/accepting material requests, gifting goal parts during a goal & usable parts during non-goal times.
