Is there any way to tell if my neighbours are active???

I feel like my neighborhood is getting really congested and I want to clear it up to just my active neighbors but I don't know how to tell??

Is there anyway?

Spoiled food.. if you write in their wall then the last time you wrote on their wall. Their ratings went to Zero (if they tipped). They closed off their bakery and have past goal appliances out and not doing the recent goals.. I remove after almost a month of not playing
