No, it's not a glitch. It's an entirely new series of goals. However, unlike the Event goals, these don't seem to have a time limit. I guess these would fall under "Regular Goals"?

Goal 2 of X: A Citrus Dessert
Gather 1 Dried Oranges (from Dehydrator)
Make 1 Chocolate Orange Chips (from Chocolatier)
Give 5 Chocolate Orange Chips
Reward: 200 c, 3 XP

Well, as long as these are not timed goals, I am not going to stress out about them. I mean, 3:30 for the Chocolate Banana Chips (Chops?) and needing to make 20 of them is going to take about 4 days without boosting, so...

Hmm...I think there may be just one last goal using the Dried Pears, since the Dried Apples were part of the event. I might be mistaken, though, but barring the appearance of any additional recipes, that should cover everything new that was added for this event.

I'm working on Pear Perfection, it'll take a few days to dry 25 pears but I'll let you know if that's the last.

Reason 1: the sense of accomplishment to finish a series of goals.
Reason 2: we don't know yet if there is something more significant at the end of the series.
Reason 3: since these are not timed goals, they will not vanish from our "To Do" list and will instead stick around.

I don't know if any of these will mean anything to you or not. Personally, I'm doing the goals just to do them. Unlike many other players, I do plane and train deliveries, so my profit margin is far lower than if I just sold everything in the Side Shop, but since right now I'm not pressed for coins, it's not a huge issue. But that's just my viewpoint.
