I'm android and ii happens to me as well. Not always, but lately more often. Sometimes it helps when I visit a neighbor or open the store, but yesterday after closing and opening again after a hour, I had 2 empty farms

I'm on iOS and it happened to me too. Did it happen before the recent version update? Just a thought.

Yes but not near as often as now. It used to be very random, now I can count on it happening

Thanks and yes it got worse for me too now it's really frustrating lol yes I've gotten the empty farm too and I always open shop and side quests and now LB before I close game too

Oh dear, it should not happen ever so often. Best to get help from Support as soon as you can. All the best! I'll keep an eye on this issue as well.

Thank you, I just know with support issues if it were just me it'd be device related, affecting many others it's game related, I want to get past the initial generic ck my conn and device and address the base issue of the game whether it's code for specific platform or all of us it is a game issue
