This issue seems to happen when you visit a neighbor who already has Maya. When this happens, please force close the game as a temporary fix. We are still working on a permanent fix so this doesn't happen anymore. Thank you everyone for your patience.

This happened to me until I forced closed the game (iPhone X). After that I realized when trying to buy something that my coins (I had approx 2 million) were completely wiped out. Starting over again...
I just checked this thing again. I have a new device, the last update for this game, version 2.1 was installed 3 months ago. I did not get any crowns for the Valentine goal. So what is going on? I completed the Smoochie Booth, the update was installed, so why didn?t I get the crowns? 😤😡

Maya got me a horse and then I had to fed him. A glitch?
Away was Maya. Then she asked me again. Spent 4 diamonds on the cottage. Got the horse and fed him. Again.
And Maya was gone. Again. Also my diamonds and harty stew. Grrrrr

So the only thing to do is DOES NOT visit neighbors or to known in advance if they got that Maya and then DO NOT visit them?

Just to double check - have you placed Maya through purchasing her with crowns?? If not, you are triggering the glitch by visiting someone who does have her. You should stop visiting until this is fixed so it doesn't keep starting for you. Force close you game, not just close it.Originally Posted by LonBB

I am having an issue with the mystic quest loop. It is constantly loading on my page and any actions done are erased along with the energy used. It is not allowing me to play the game due to this constant loop. Is this going to be fixed? I?ve been having this issue sense yesterday and it?s getting very frustrating.
