Are you not seeing the option to upgrade show up when you tap on the Smoochie Booth while on the second part of 'The Heartbreaking Baron'? Try force closing the game to see if it shows up, I'm not seeing any issues upgrading it.

I don't have the option either. Maybe we need to upgrade the game from the store first.

That was the problem for me. for lv.2 we need: 10 iron ore, 30 petals from the new tree, 10 wood and 10 stone

I couldn’t upgrade the smoothie booth but force closing the game sorted out for me. I can now see the requirements of 10 stone, 10 iron ore, 10 petals, and 30 faerie breath petals. Hope that helps someone else who had this problem.

I like that we are getting prizes for upgrading the Smoochie Booth. I received 2 Love Potion #5, 1 Living Wood and some coins.

I am making Love Potion #5, but I'm not sure why yet.
And it looks like we have plenty of places to collect all kinds of things.

They must be pushing out an update to fix the Level 2 bug. The Loading Knight has been running across my screen for 2 minutes now.

Edit: Yup! Now I can upgrade to Level 2
