    No Internet Access Issue

    Starting 2 days ago, when I open the Monopoly Bingo app, I get a popup saying no internet access, i hit "try again", same thing over and over... ALL other games on my phone connect with no issues, and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

    Please try deleting and reinstalling the game to see if this helps.

    JADOPO If u happen to get any answers could u let me know.Mine does The same thing.They say check ur connection which I have done n I have a great connection.Ty 4 ur help

    If you play on iOS, and only one game has this issue, you can try going to settings-safari- clear out data/history, then restart your device.

    I'm on android... and if I uninstall/reinstall, won't I lose all my progress?

    Make sure you have a storm ID and password set up for your game.

    When you reinstall, your game progress will still be there.

    Progress of the games are saved on Storm 8 servers.
