    Question Deleting Neighbors?

    So...I have lots of neighbors that have stopped playing and thought it'd be best to delete them and focus on the active ones. However the number I'm expecting to delete seems rather large. Now if it takes X number of neighbors to expand, I was wondering if it works in reverse - would my shop shrink once I don't reach the neighbor requirement previously needed?
