Keeps making me choose my or a guest account - Support won't help me

Every time I open the game or come back it makes me choose Guest or my logged-in Storm8 account, with Guest the default selection. I already selected my Storm8 account numerous times. It won't stop.

When I opened a ticket they said they have limited support for this game and can't respond to me, so sent me here. This is a technical issue they must fix, not something the forum can fix.

Can anyone escalate this problem for me? I'm a paying customer and shouldn't be cast off like this.

Also, this is a new install on a new phone. Deleting and reinstalling shouldn't be an issue here.
