    Game downloads every time and not available off-line

    Every time I open the game it downloads which means I have to be on WiFi or it eats into my data allowance. When I have not network it says in needs to connect to the internet
    Is it related to the new enforced advertising and videos?
    It is very infuriating what can be done?
