Customers can't come in

Hey have done restart, delete and reinstall but still no luck. Door opens customer enters then they can't move. Asked for help, no luck just told to come here. Using android tablet. Anyoneknow what to do? Thanks.

Well you could have something blocking the way to the cashier even if it’s not the front of the door. They need at least 2 different ways to access. I learned this myself the other day redecorating for the holiday. On my android game. Try removing stuff from aisle etc.

Also, if you have the doormat in front of your door, trying moving it to see if that will allow the customers in.
