After (IF) they fix this, will they automatically award us 60 points of Times for each day that they take to fix this bug or will we have to raise support tickets?
I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like for support if all players have to raise tickets for this issue.
Mine is not resolved either on three separate accounts
Mine doesn’t work either, but I haven’t finished one of these events in soooo long that I?m not going to waste my time creating a ticket. After all, they do know there is a problem & we won’t get credit for the loss.

Still unable to collect from festive flower and firework flower. Gold not well spent on the latter.... any word when this will be fixed? Will time be extended for event to compensate all of these issues??
