Festive flower broken

Festive flower will not allow collection even though the timer is up. This has been mentioned on the main thread, but since it says ?solved,? I wanted to be sure the unsolved piece is noted.

Not a great day for S8.

Update (KP)

The issue with collecting Times from the Festive Flower and Firework Flower has been resolved. Affected players will receive their Times the next time they log into the game. Players don't need to contact support as the credit will be automatically applied towards your event total. We apologize for the issue!

The Festive Flower is not working. I cannot collect from it. This part of the problem has not been solved. So far, this event has been a disappointing, waste of time.

I just came here to report the same. There is a little “spinning wheel of death” w a number10 , but no points added.

Still unable to collect from festive flower and firework flower. Gold not well spent on the latter.... any word when this will be fixed? Will time be extended for event to compensate all of these issues??

I don?t post on this forum very often but this Festive Flower is not making me feel festive at all. I think we should be awarded a one time gift of 100 Times to make up for this failure and for the pain and suffering it has caused. It is hard enough to win these contests when everything works. It will be impossible as it stands UNLESS we spend money which I refuse to do on a challenge that already has bugs in it. Please show us some New Year?s kindness.

I thought it was just me but obviously it's not. Not very happy atm and makes me think seriously about spending any more money on this game..
