Festive flower broken

Festive flower will not allow collection even though the timer is up. This has been mentioned on the main thread, but since it says ?solved,? I wanted to be sure the unsolved piece is noted.

Not a great day for S8.

Update (KP)

The issue with collecting Times from the Festive Flower and Firework Flower has been resolved. Affected players will receive their Times the next time they log into the game. Players don't need to contact support as the credit will be automatically applied towards your event total. We apologize for the issue!

The Festive Flower is not working. I cannot collect from it. This part of the problem has not been solved. So far, this event has been a disappointing, waste of time.

I just came here to report the same. There is a little “spinning wheel of death” w a number10 , but no points added.

The 4 hours are up but still cant collect, there is this hourglas-like waiting clock thingy going on. Resetting my phone didnt help
