Sled option is gone

My stored socks are gone. The final sock I was working on... I went to retrieve it and.... it is in the abyss somewhere. Then I noticed sled option has disappeared.
I have Android 7.0 on a Sony Infinity.
I have no socks.

I have the jingle dragon on the nest from 11am est. There should have been plenty of time to get my token to craft the glasswing but the tokens from the event are no longer available. In fact, everything needed was replaced by items used in another event I usually don’t enjoy doing tales but I did them for the glasswing and I earned the glasswing. Now it is impossible to craft.

I saw another post where the response for the help ticket was the office is closed until 1/2.
