    5 January and i still haven?t heard from support re lost item issue. An update would be appreciated
    Doesn?t seem to be much point in participating in events if Gold spent to ensure dragons are won can be taken away with no explanation or compensation.
    Will we ever hear anything?

    Curious, others are saying that they are receiving details and their items.

    My ticket back on the 30th hasn't been touched. Should I reply to it to reopen the case?

    You don't need to reply unless you received a message that your ticket has been solved.
