Yes, white and blue. Got one on my main account trying for Snow Elf. Water and Light, both level 15, hoping for a 25 hour Prime Loyal 'fail'...
But this one, although unexpected, is as much welcome to my isles

I got it at some point during the Tales. Cool looking dragon. I was expecting Landworm or Awoken so I was pleasantly surprised
