If I visit 25 neighbors, how do I know if I got a gift?

If you're referring to the step I think you are, it's not neighbors you need to visit...it is Community Members--that is, members in the community who are NOT our neighbors (I made the same mistake initially). To know if you've completed the goal, you can check the goal itself, or you can tap on the Festive Workshop to see if you've gotten the Present from Jed (tap on the recipe for the White Elephant Gift), or on a Festive Tree to see if you've received the White Elephant Gift.

Ok now I've had trouble with this event from the beginning I can't get the candy canes or the cookies I will get one every once in awhile what's going on with this event I'm trying but I'm not getting anywheres

Has anybody else notice the odd pricing for event items if you need to dispose of surplus filling up your storage? The Christmas puddings are worth 192 coins but weirdly everything else except the jumpers has only a nominal price, whereas the jumpers on their own are worth more than the parcels which need a jumper to make.....
I’ve only managed to make two deluxe parcels so far due to low drop rate from the bakery and kitchen, not holding out much hope for an elephant ��

I think this event is just a ploy folks, one to get money out of us, already I have been mad enough to waste ?3.99 and ?6.99, plus gems that I already had to make these cookies that don’t drop, still no elephant unless you use 240 gems for the baby Blue like I did x
