I just started playing I enjoyed the turkey for thanksgiving cause it was something daily and you won stuff for thanksgiving, I was looking forward for the Christmas to win me a tree to put out each year, don't get me wrong I like playing this game I haven't won the the elephant yet I and I've done 14 presents I have no luck so probably want win this but I was really looking forward to winning a Christmas tree and decorations to store for Christmas to put up each year. But enjoying the game and really want to win the elephant.

If you are on Goal 12, then yes, you do need to purchase another tree to satisfy the goal. I wouldn't worry, though...Goal 13 (post #54 and post #130) requires you to trade 20 White Elephant Gifts, so you'll need 20 Trees anyway.

Do you mean that once you reach this goal the 20th gift guarantees you a white elephant as a gift, or just a deluxe parcel which could contain any of the prizes? If the former then we should be saving up our deluxe parcels and redeeming them only once we get to this goal.

Okay, I finished Goal 13 and made all 20 exchanges (plus the very first one before Goal 13 opened). I still have not received the Tool Rack or the Balancing Elephant. Guess I'll keep working the event until I receive both those prizes. In the meantime, I can confirm that Goal 13 is the last goal in the series.

Edit: finally got the Tool Rack in the 24th exchange. Now, I just need to collect the Balancing Elephant.

Snap, me too, utterly fed up trying, can actually say I hate this game, may stop playing as it?s just annoying!

You know, I can understand it being luck as to whether you get the elephant as a pet. But I don?t understand why the drop rate is not consistent. If it says you get an item from the bakery, then you should get it. These ?luck? events are terrible. In fact, any event that has items being dropped are terrible if the items don?t actually drop when you collect from them. I?m shocked that Storm8 would give something like this at Christmas...some of the other games I play actually give gifts to their players. Imagine that, rewarding the players by giving them a gift for being faithful to the game. I have loved playing this game and love a challenge, but luck events suck...my opinion for what it?s worth.

Totally agree, I might stop playing this game as just get nowhere, waste of time and effort x
