I read it. Seriously getting nothing over the past 24 hours from any of the thing I mentioned. I’ve had glitches like this before trying to complete stuff usually fixed by an update but nothing works this time.

I have not seen reports of glitches so far. I'm using version 2.6.6 and it's working fine. Maybe it's just very low drop rates? I don't think this is a bug unless not a single person in the community has collected from these machines. I'll keep a lookout for bugs. Try making another craft to see if it helps to change your rate. Maybe try different collection times and styles, a few and in batches. I hope your drop rates increase soon. Keep going.

I realize drops are random but I’ve been on the restive cookies for better then a day and not one cookie has dropped from my bakery. 12 items crafted and still not a one. What a waste of time and storage space.

I don't understand something.....it says win the white elephant and the decoration goals ...but if you make presents it undoes the goals do you have to have them done and win the elephant? or just the elephant?

The elephant is a random prize from giving the festive tree the present.
There are ten prizes so each time you collect from the tree you win a prize.


The goal is something you can do but the pet comes from the festive tree

I don?t know why but everyone else gets prizes easier than me, still trying. My friend got hers on the fourth try...I have at least 10 useless prizes. Not impressed with this event.. make that 12 with very little drops. It?s Christmas make it more fair ugh.

This is ridiculous! I've also been trying for over 24 hours, I've made 7 breads and a few other items, and on my second account i've made 11 breads and a few other goodies, my both devices have been reset in this period of time, and yet I have not got any festive cookies from my bakeries!

Bakery is what’s holding me back as well. I’ve tried short, medium and long crafting times nothing seems to matter. Of course it’s the drop where you need 2 items to make the present.....

Today I have made 20 loaves of bread in the bakery and guess what? That’s right NO cookies!
