Omg I really want the glass wing!! But I just spent all my food...does any one know how much food we need?

Tales always take around 300,000 food, sometimes more.

A good option for players who want Glasswing but are super low on food (or don't want to use up all their food on holiday dragons) is to buy the Champ's Coin for gold directly from the Spell Shop. It's a heck of a good deal for a Glasswing.



In fact, I'd buy and hatch one ASAP since S8 has a bad habit of making "adjustments" lately.

But I will be away next week so it'll be very tough to finish this event... 300 gold is a great deal though. The sceptic in me thinks this may even be an attempt to draw some saved gold from users so it cannot be spend in an upcoming sale (GPD?) Well... maybe I'm wrong

You can get glasswing by going into the craft area and spending 300 gold if you want to bypass the event. To me it is worth the 300 gold and even though I have one I might get another.

I?m just scared that there will be a better deal during Christmas. I only have 380 gold right now so will wait a few days to see what the Christmas sale is

I just bred Snow Elf on the first try with Water and Light. It?s the only 9 hour result. Before that I tried a fancier pair with two blue/white dragons and have an 8 hour common coming.

Breed your Snow Elves now instead of waiting til the last minute. My suggestion is to not even start the Tales until you breed one. I just bred a Snow Elf (plain ole Light and Water) and I never start the Tales until I get the common dragon (which should be eliminated because there's no use for them). Trying to breed one during Tales, in my experience, they seem to all of a sudden turn from common to ultra rare.

I am SO excited to get the glasswing! Thanks to those of you about the token tip! Good luck to everyone completing the tales. I don't have great luck with the tales so it's great to have an insurance policy!
