You cannot collect these resources as your storage silo is full, you can solve the problem by crafting more flames or increasing your silo if you haven’t already! Until you craft more flames you won’t reduce what is in storage and can’t collect

Probably not as it shows that it’s evolving, you will need to send a query to support at Storm8. The Arctic isles are reknown for glitching during events, maybe Elsa or Kooky Panda can help.

You will need to do as Random advised. Once you craft more flames and clear this out, you should be able to move or sell this dragon.
