Get a popup:Google Play problem

I get a popup... "Dragon Story is having problems with Google Play. If problem persists contact the developer... "

Can't post screenshot... My camera isn't working.

I get this popup when the gameplay lags & sometimes freezes. I clean my phone cache a few times a day. I play several games so my storage builds up often.

So is this an issue with my phone? How am I supposed to contact the developer? Why would I need to contact the developer?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
