Candy Cane Goal 12/7 [POLL ADDED]

Regarding the Candy Cane Hullabaloo:
With the exception of the regular Candy Canes, which are just gone, ALL the Candy Canes have been returned to the Candy Cane Maker. It appears they meant to take out the regular candy canes, but took them all out without meaning to do that. No explanation as to why the regular candy canes are gone except that they were LT recipes.

Build: 1 Candy Cane Maker (20K)
(Parts: 5 Knob, 5 Fuse, 10 Spring, 10 Paint)

Serve:
4 Berry Flan (4 hour cook)
4 Chocolate Milkshake (8 hour cook)
2 Candy Canes (9 hour cook)

Part Two
Serve:
2 Chocolate Tart (22 hour cook)
4 Candy Canes (9 hour cook)
4 Apple Candy Canes (9 hour cook)

Part Three
Serve:
2 Hot Chocolate (16 hour)
8 Candy Cane (9 hour)
4 Grape Candy Cane (9 hour)

Part Four
Serve:
2 Egg Nog (8 hour)
16 Candy Cane (9 hour)
5 Candy Cane Cakes (2 hour)
4 Root Beer Candy Cane (9 hour)

It's a five day goal, so only one appliance to build usually.

Per my neighbor looks like final prize is "Candy Cane Fountain"

The goals are becoming way too difficulr to complete in this short amount of time. The ovens take too many parts to be able to build enough in time. We have lives, jobs to go to. And trying to bake all the times your counters never empty. Never used to be like this.

it is becoming worse and worse i had 4 of them, and had to build 2 more.
because for 47 9hrs-sessions i need 6 ovens to do it in 5 days.
it's like "so, you all wanted candy canes back? here you go! let's see who can get it!"

I'm waiting to see the candy cane fountain. If it's not cute, I'm quitting after I make an apple candy cane.

These goals are:

1. Too frequent
2. Too expensive
3. Not times well (except Halloween...RS had a well-timed Thabksgiving goal)

...and is this it for Christmas?!?!?! Come ON!

The candy canes & the candy cane cake are both nice on the counters. I'm very glad to have them. They'll come in handy next year.

Nope. 15 day goal will fall next thursday and then maybe a sale a few days later

In all of the years I have been playing various Storm8 games, I NEVER recall recipes being removed that had been earned as part of goals. Even if you did not finish the goal, you still had the recipes. Many of us paid gems to build ovens and unlock recipes. I agree with others who question Storm8's integrity and wonder if it's still worth supporting them should they not reverse this decision and restore the candy cane recipes.
