Neutrals with Valentine/Electric: Birthstone; Christmas; Dark; Egypt; Fairy; Fire; Halloween; Icecream; Legendary ( Crystal); Nature; Realm Rune; Service; Space ( Planet);Spooky; Spring; Treasure; Tree; Winter

Currently untested with: Bomb; Food; Skull

(All tests are done on IOS device, based only on Strong/ weak / neutral hits. Critical hits have not been taken into account. )

I don't see results in the Battle Chart for Valentine/Electric and I am doing the XO Fox Tournament.

Winter is neutral / Fire is neutral

Won't know what other elements are until I face the XO Fox again because I cleared Round 3 with a critical hit with Fire.
