Can't sell wallpapers and tiles

It would be nice to sell the old tiles and wall paper as I change the design of my diner. It is a bit irritating that I have money rapped up in items that I have no use for. We can sell other decor we have no use for why now this other items to. Please change this!?!?

It is very aggravating! You can sell everything else, even if it's just for one-tenth the original price.

Why doesn't the game allow you to sell your wall paper and flooring back in the way that it allows you to sell back tables chairs and decorations?

Also, when you sell other items you get way too little money back.

I go to design. Hit say floor or walls that I want to sell, but doesn't show that I can sell. Just says tap where I want to put the item I'm trying to sell. Sent message but response in email says they can't answer all ?'s. So, how do I sell all these items I don't want any more?

I am sorry but you cannot sell walls and floors.
You can replace them by picking a wall /floor and placing over the current one. The old one will then go into your storage.
