Please help with Restaurant Story

I have had Restaurant Story for a very long time and was up to level 99.
I started playing it and something happened to all of my levels.
Now I’m at level 1 again, the beginning. What happened?
Hopefully someone can please help. Thank You.

Depending on which platform you're playing on, iOS or Android, you should be able to recover your game.

For Android: Tap the S8 logo in the top right corner, and you should see an Account Settings button. Tap that, choose the option to log into another account, and enter the credentials associated with your Lv 99 restaurant.

For iOS, your game progress is saved to the Game Center. Please log into that in-game and your restaurant should be restored.
