Have you expanded the plots by the water on the right side of the board? If you have bought the coral castle and opened up those plots, the quest should start automatically for you.

This is the seed that drops from the ocean reef and blue anemone. Don't know what it will be used for yet. (It's used to make Tidebloom Mixture.)

Brew the medicine Azura spoke of, and I'll work on a plan to find Heska.

Brew Tidebloom Mixture 0/1 Go
(This will restore her strength.) Skip 210 gems

Give the Tidebloom Mixture to Sirene 0/1 Give
(Hang in there!) Skip 5 gems

The Tidebloom Mixture is crafted in the Mermaid Workshop. It requires 1 Tidebloom Seed, 25 Tideblooms, 10 Red Coral. Takes 4 hrs.

After you give the Tidebloom Mixture to Sirene, the Tidegate is unlocked.

The Tidegate is purchased in the market for 10,000 coins.
The Jellyfin is purchased in the market for 75,000 coins. It has a 1 hr. timer to raise it. Has to be fed 5 times. The adult drops Jellyfin Jelly.
