For me, ever since i buy gem about a almost 2 year ago for halloween box and crate - i have never see the free gem video pop up after (it did before i buy gem)- so do know that they take away the free gem offer when you buy gem.
Also i talk to my in game friends and after they buy gem, they never see the free gem offer either - but they did before they buy some gem.
They most likely they take the free gem offer away after you buy gem. I could be wrong - but it weird how all the people i talk to (and myself) have buy gem, never see the free gem after they buy - But they did before.

It could just be a glitch...

I have 9 bakery story games on 7 different devices and I don't get the free gems button on the only device that I had purchased gems on before. So you are right after all! That is so unfair
Any specific reason I'm not offered videos to receive free diamonds daily?
I ONLY receive the option to "speed up" cooking times via videos but ZERO offers to get a diamond for watching one.
Anyone know why?
