Yes. It'll take place after the time change around the next game reset (tonight for me in US). Clocks go back tonight.

I see there's a maintenance scheduled and all games are down.
Dear Admins: when you announce it, could you please remember the NON american players (and they are many) that have no clue whatsoever what PDT means..... It would be nice if you gave the name of a city, i.e. "from xxx to xxx in San Francisco". It will be much easier for us to convert the time.
Thank you for attention and consideration for the world outside the US...
