We should get at least the rattle gifted to all of us that were on chapter 10 that would have completed if it wasn't for this issue.
All I had to do was craft the last item and win 4 fights. And wasn't about to spent 100+ to finish it since last time there was an issue (glasswing) and I did that I NEVER got my gold back!
I think it's the least they can do, some I boy only missed out on the rattle but also getting the Halloween witch/or 15 tickets.
