Can you delete your game app and reinstall again? This should clear the graphics issue. Make sure your device have plenty of space and clear your cache. Please let me know if issue persists.

    Moved to bugs forum.

Yellow rain coat cows skin not working

I thought this bug has been fixed. But apparently not. All my other cow skins work fine. Except the yellow, rain coats skin.

When I change my cows skin to the rain coats one, 2 problems:

    1) some of my cows disappear

    2) ALL my cows freeze movement. No hopping, no action. They stand there frozen in place.

    Please see screenshot below:

I have restarted iPad and game. Only thing I haven't done is delete game and re install. It's just a bit drastic lol

I am not sure if this was a bug because the player who reported it didnt get back. Can you clear your cache and restart your device and check again? If it doesnt work, I'm afraid I have to ask you to reinstall your game.

I'm on iPad. I don't know how to clear cache? I think that that is something you do on android devices.

I have restarted my iPad. Hard restart. By pressing the home button and on/off button for 10 seconds until the apple logo appears. That's a hard restart.

(Normal restart is just pressing the on/off button for a few seconds)

No. Hard restart did not fix the problem

On your ipad go to settings- safari- clear out data/history.

No Kooky. That did not fix it

Is the next step delete and re install? Yikes. Was hoping I didn't have to

Yes, reinstallation is the next step. It's should clear this issue, it did for me. Reinstallation is easy and only take less than 2 mins.
