I read on someones wall that there appeared to be a bug since the goal started. They said that they were keeping track of gifts received and that even though they had only received 15 to 17 gifts, neighbors were posting that their gifts were max. I have kept track today, having the same issue. In addition, I sent out 4 material requests and have only had one accepted. I asked the neighbors if they received the request and they haven't. Anyone else with this problem?

I've no idea where you saw the joke, but the punchline I know is Spare Ribs.

Either your neighbors haven't accepted the request or the game is screwy. If the neighbors are the issue, better neighbors will solve it. If the game is off, no help.
