Got it with playful and magic, 2nd try with that combo. First try gave me a charm. Also had a couple Titan fails. Just glad to have it now!
Decided to breed Charm and Peacock again and got an 18 hr timer. I thought Peacock would be among the results of that breeding but I know it isn't. Neo Goblin, welcome to Grand Island.

After 3 Charms, 1 Paradise, 2 Planets and another Charm finally got Neo Goblin, which is on the nest now
