    The treat bags aren't in your inventory. The items from them are. Check Ivy's nursery. The baby Halloween pets should show as being available to craft. Click on those animals and check to see if you are accumulating those materials (that is what drops from treat bags).

    My Ghost Skunkupea just gave me a Haystack. It is 2X2 and has pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns on bales of hay. I love it!

    I don't have any creepy critters yet. My treatbags (which I am making lots of) often only give me sugar or pumpkins, which I don't really need. Ugh!

    I use android and I do hit yes on new neighbors.
    I play Castle Story (DS and FS burnout, I'll be back to those though).
    I don't usually read my wall in the games.

    Every time a treat bag drops, you get a pop-up with some combination of items to craft the baby animals, sugar and or pumpkins. These are the items that were in the treat bag and they go directly into your inventory.

    None of my Halloween animals have dropped anything good and I've collected from ghost skunkupea 4 times now. The werepea which has a 22 hour timer hasn't dropped anything good...my mummy fangpup I just got and will see in 20 mins. Has anyone gotten bone dire piglet yet? I'm still pretty far from getting that one...I guess only occasionally they drop Halloween stuff i hope I get a few Halloween deco before event ends.
