Lost gems

hi. I purchased extra moves but then the game crashed and I lost the gems and the moves. This has happened a few times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it keeps crashing mid game. I tried to report it but had a reply to say no support available for this game. Very frustrating. I do actually spend money on this game and buy gems so it's very annoying to lose them.
