Ad not working Cooking Chef... makes you repeated "play the game" even when you play, if you hit the 'x' it says you're forfeiting your video. There is no way to exit & have watching the video count , unless you download the game.
Same is true with Family Zoo.
I watched 2 videos & received no credits.

Started new thread just to keep track of the ads that go to a website/blog/browser, give a 10-15 second countdown, redirect you to a "Thanks for visiting great content/a website" screen, and then just endlessly process so you have to restart your game and don't get the free gem.
Mostly cause "refrigerator ad issue" is misleading. It's a lot of ads. Like these:

The problem ads are back. So far the ads have been for iheartradio with the same 15 second timer and the finish button. The ads don't credit and put the game in a processing loop.

Video failed to load
Since a few days I cannot watch Video for free gems. I've tried it by day and by night, but it gives always the same answer: Sorry, the video failed to load. Please try again later. What's the matter, in other games there are no problems. Is there anyone with the same problem? Thank you.
