HELP! The I Vant to goal won't show up on my story. It shows up on my sister's but not mine. Can anyone tell me why or help me please.

I did delete / remove BS Valentine and re-installed BS Valentine. No new goal.
Then I deleted again and installed BS (standard???). No new goal.
Using Android. Don't know if that makes a different.

Shouldn't make a diff...I have android, on valentine version, and goal popped up for me. It's an old appliance that I already have 15 of...maybe that makes a diff...not sure!
I have the goal & already started on it.
But where are the tables & chairs etc. We've always had to buy wallpaper & floor tiles 1st before doing anything else!
Completely confused! Guess because it's the weekend we'll have to wait until Monday for this to be fixed...like that side goal prize before.
