Can't battle after winning tournament

When I try to start a new battle I get the tournament battle page with battle 42 of 41 with no opponent. This has cost me 300 points with BINGO because my challenge expired and I could not complete it because I could not battle. Very TICKED OFF over this. AND YES I HAVE OPENED A SUPPORT TICKET, but zero response so far.
