    Gems not been applied

    I purchased the 24 gems package for 2.99. I accidentally pressed the the home screen after using the finger sensor. The money has left my bank account but my gems weren't credited. I have 104 but it should be 128.. Can anyone help please?

    you can do two things

    email storm8 with copy of your order history and receipt proving you paid for them.

    or email google play and request a refund within 2 hours of purchasing the items.

    but you're best option is to email storm8 and get them to apply the gems providing you show them proof first
