Personally I prefer having more rounds for Tourney, 30 is fine but we need more days on TOP of it. But if S8 wants more rounds she needs to be fixed on the round number, but not treat this like an experiment. It does come to me that S8 is still unable to determine what that specific number yet, and thus giving us the current 42 rounds to test the market response.
Imo 42 rounds would just be too much if there's too many unbeatable opponents, and 42 rounds isn't made for frequent roll-backs, just to win a dragon! ★
Totally stuck on unruly. Have tried valiant, rainbow sentinel, diamond and little hero with no luck. Don't think I have mirthil or chronicler which have been used before, not sure what their colours are. Any suggestions?
Do you have any Soccer type dragons? If you do, use one of those. If not, I would suggest a high level Metal or green hybrid. Just like Moonrise, don't treat this as a normal champion dragon - treat it as a Royal hybrid.

Anyone who has problems on Cleric, I would suggest the ADIPPS dragons or any Egypt type hybrid. I know many weren't lucky enough to get the Egyptian Dragon but I'm pretty sure some of you have Mummy or Cleopatra or watered down Pyramid itself - those may work too.
Gentle Knight is a perfect example of why players are long since fed up with the garbage that goes on in these tournaments. If you are a long time player, chances are you have the Soccer dragon maxed out to level 15 as it is a great arena dragon.. particularly against champion types. Against Gentle Knight it is THE best dragon to use in the entire game. It stands alone in that respect which is quite rare.
With that being the case, why is there loss after loss after loss at a 55% win chance using this dragon against the level 20 Gentle Knight in this tournament? There is a case of this type of thing in every single tournament with at least one dragon. I've tracked over 20 loss streaks in past tournaments using only dragons that would have anywhere between 25-50% win chances against the "problem" dragon. It's either a bug or, as everyone suspects, something else is at work here. I don't need to tell anyone the astronomical odds of this happening in one tournament let alone a majority of them. Am I the one outlier here? No. Should I start playing the lottery? Probably since I seem to be able to overcome these type of odds with loss streaks in DS tournaments.
The math doesn't add up. It never has in tournaments. It needs to be addressed by S8; otherwise, it starts getting into dangerous territory. Players who have put the time and effort into collecting and upgrading great arena dragons should be able to reap those benefits.

Green and purple are weak to Royal, according to the table in the first post
White and pink are supposed to be strong against Royal

I changed the purple part of what I said. The green part I'm sticking with because I've beaten Royal hybrids with Loch Ness, Forest, and Fruitful before and I think the chart is wrong on that account. Metal, for me, has also been very successful against Royals too.
