1. I want some old quest to re-release again. And not only to new player. But for old player who got the quest, bought the building but cannot finish it. Same quest but because some people will have unfinished building, the quest to upgrade building will automatically done until the last part of their upgrade.

this is a great request! I have a handful of incomplete upgrades stored in my cellar...

I would also like to see re-releases of the barons tent holiday items, (dragons bones, skelecorn, etc...)

Any table that drops completed feasts. I would use plenty of gems to finish a goal like that because in the long run they are really worth it.
