Collection issue

Good evening,

Small question about the collections, especially the otters.
It happened multiple times when needed the shell as the last item to fulfill the collection,
the otter drops the shell, the light of the collections gallery goes shining and I'm about the
collect in the gallery but then the screen freezes for a little while, and the collections gallery shining goes off and
still needs the shell I just collected and the otter disappears.
It's not a big thing, luckily I could collect it 10 minutes after, but perhaps more players have the same issue.

Try not to collect when you first enter the game after being away. You may be having an out of sync issue.

Go visit a neighbor first. See if this helps.
