Cannot receive feather from chicken

I have 7 birds completed, unfortunately the chickens stopped producing the feathers, how can I continue the game

Yes they have, my wife also plays the game and the chickens are now not producing any feathers

Been collecting for six hours, not a single feather so far.

No feathers here either. And I was also losing credit for wool collected from the sheep...was trying to collect 24 to complete a challenge to get 18 reward feathers, and every time I harvested wool the count dropped back to 17. Finally had to buy more wool from market to get up to 24. No more feathers from chickens all day today though.

Ok. Reported this problem. No feathers etc. but how about a proper reply from someone. At least let us know if the problem can be fixed.
