2nd Nest Disappears after Placement

Dear sir or madam,

I am playing Dragon Story 2.6.1.2g on Android 6.0.1. I have encountered the problem of having my 2nd nest disappear right after buying it. I am having this issue during the back to school event ending 2017/09/05 in which the nest cost 125 gold. I tried re-installing the application and also shifting progress on another device, but in vain, the game reloads and sets back a few minutes erasing the nest.

Could this please be resolved before the end of the event? I waited so long to have a second nest.
