Thank you for tending to this issue Rynetory2, your assistance is much appreciated. I too am experiencing the same issue with the locked Whale Fountain after completing the side goal. I too have restarted, deleted and downloaded to no avail. Lastly, received the same reply upon reporting the issue to Storm8, my ticket was closed and was told they have limited resources and I should seek assistance here. Gratefully, I see you are several steps ahead of me. Thanks again.

same issue with me. I finished the side goal but the Whale Fountain is locked. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved this week.

I've moved the posts concerning the Whale Fountain not unlocking to a separate Bugs and Issues thread of its own. As Rynetory2 stated before, this issue is being looked into, and players who completed the Watching Whales side quest will receive the Whale Fountain prize eventually:

Hey Guys,

The issue of Whale Fountain still locked despite completing the side goals was reported yesterday. Unfortunately due to current long weekend in US, the team will look into and fix this after the weekend. They may not be able to get it out to us until Tuesday. They send their apologies for this. Much appreciate your patience and understanding.

Just want to let you all know you need not write to Support for the Whale Fountain being locked. They will fix this for everyone affected. Thanks.

I love the whale fountain, I personally think it's better than the main goal prize, however my restaurant is kind of small so I won't be using it for a while since it's pretty big.

That whale fountain is gorgeousss~~ But I'm planning to redecorate and kinda bored with my current summer theme already, so it'll just have to wait when I expand a little more otherwise like Jojo had said, it'll overwhelm my restaurant.

And that penguin slide is tiny for a final goal prize. I actually thought it would be the second last prize, but at least they're cute!
