Finished quest but the ability to fuse the workshop and potion shop is still locked and goal are all gone since I finished and seems like it ended early. Can someone at storm8 check and see what happened? Did this happen to anyone else?? THANKS!!

And your question had been answered few times already.
Put one of your potion shop or workshop in your inventory, then click on that window even if its locked and you will see you can fuse it anyway.
Its just en error.
