Can't craft boosts, but runes are being taken

I just tried to craft several boosts (brewer, etc), and they aren't showing up in storage, but each time the associated runes are being taken. It doesn't seem to be an issue for all of the boosts . . . Only the last ones in the menu. I don't care much about the bronze ones I lost, but the silver ones that were taken is bothersome. Please help!

I tried crafting 'Best Brewer' and if I go to Apothecary storage, the Boost has been added. Once you craft it, it does move to the front of the 'My Boosts' page.
