I'm bordering on carpal tunnel from looking for mossy fountain in inventory. I was sure I had it.
When was it offered?

Lol. The fountain isn't mossy. It's the 3-tiered bright blue fountain with brown base. It's in the market for 80 gems if you want to see a picture before you go through your inventory again.

Lol, katt's right! ... if you're talking about the OVERGROWN Fountain we got last H'ween, it doesn't count (still a decoration w/no timer)

ETA: lol...but now that I look at em, we shoulda gotten a new craft to build the Overgrown Fountain (in much less time than a whole DAY) cuz Fuzzy Moss looks like it'd drop from it more so than anywhere else we're getting it. LOL!

It's not an expansion item ... it's part of Ivy's questline (the lady in the tree).
Check in The Hub cuz I'm not sure what the specific goal is named for her hut.

Do you have Ivy walking around yet? She's the character stuck in the tree. If not, once you expand to her, you get the quest to build her hut.
