Oh dear, sorry to hear that. Were you referring to the side quest in Post 2 or the Tap on the Mummy and serve the gem recipe quest?

I finished the gem cruise line early the last day of my cruise schedule. It appeared that I should have had the rest of the day to complete the side quest (serve the shish kabobs or whatever) but my side quest ended within an hour of my cruise/gem. I only had a few more dishes to make, but I hadn't been able to do so on the last 2 days of the cruise in order to finish the cruise. /shrug/ oh well!
